Does anyone know if the Psion C++ software is still available. Also,
wouldn't it be great if Psion released all the code as open source?

I wonder why they haven't done this?

It is actually C with object-oriented extensions

Because they licensed it from a third party vendor (TopSpeed), who are
still in business. Psion only wrote the header files and the debugger.

I emailed Psion INdustrial (now Psion Teklogix, who own the SIBO
software) and asked them once, and they said that they wouldn't be
releasing it as it was a mature product, unlike EPOC32 which was in
start-up mode, and hence more likely to give away their SDKs.
